  • What time does the festival start and end?
    Venue doors open at 12pm. Schedule will be posted on the website closer to the festival date. Curfew 11pm Saturday - which, honestly, we’re all happy about amirite.
  • Will you be posting set times in advance?
    Yes. Set times will be posted on the website closer to the festival date. You know how it goes.
  • Is the festival all ages?
    Yes. Excluding Clubhouse and Clubhouse Platinum which are 21+.
  • Is this festival real?
    As real as it gets! Can't wait for you to join us.
  • Is there anywhere to sit?
    This is a general admission festival on a grassy golf course, no assigned seating. There are some picnic-style seating scattered throughout the site for you to take a break and enjoy a meal. We can get down with some grass sitting on a nice day in May too. It’s all quite lovely, trust us.
  • I placed an order but did not receive my mobile ticket(s).

  • Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile device?
    Yes, passes are QR codes that can be downloaded to your smartphone wallet. 21st century.
  • Are payment plans available?

  • I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
    Sorry, no refunds. You should just come! Please don't come if you have covid or if you're feeling sick.
  • Where do I park for this event?

    Yes! Yes, we do! Check items online anytime on our lost & found page.

  • Can I bring a camera?
    A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. Of course you want to capture some mems. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event, that’s why we have cameras on our phones now.
  • Is there public transportation to the event?

  • Will there be free water refill stations?
    Yes. We want you to stay hydrated!

      Yes, you will have the option to roll over your pass to the following festival or request a refund.

  • Will there be Breast Pumping Stations?
    Need a place to pump and store? We got you covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump) to the main medical tent (closest to Orion stage) for an exclusive pumping & feeding space. They will have power for electric pumps as well as washing stations (non-potable water) with soap and sanitizing wipes. Refrigeration capabilities will be available.
